Royal Mail: Delivering excellence to customers
Redwood has been working with Royal Mail for eight years, and we have recently devised an integrated, multi-platform Customer Relationship Management programme for the delivery experts. This programme comprises online content, e-mails, magazines and direct marketing for a diverse small- and medium-sized enterprise customer base. These SMEs are heavily engaged in E-commerce, direct marketing and fulfilment, all areas in which the Royal Mail provides services.
In addition, we provide online content for the Mail Media Centre, an arm of the Royal Mail that provides SMEs, marketing professionals, marketing agencies and advertisers with information, case studies, best practice and resources about mail media.
